At Wellness through Tai Chi we are passionate about helping you to find tranquility and peace of mind through the principles and practice of Tai Chi and Qigong.
With over 40 years of experience, and having trained with top masters in China as well as in the United States, Rich is dedicated to teaching you this ancient art to those at different levels of skill.
My programs focus on teaching standing and moving meditations that relaxes your body and calms your mind. They reduce anxiety from overthinking, getting you out of your head and into your body. You will learn to better manage your stress, thus enhancing your overall health and wellbeing.
