With over 40 years of dedicated practice and teaching, I’ve made it my life’s mission to help people find balance, harmony, and health through Tai Chi. My journey began with a deep curiosity about the ancient art of Tai Chi, and over the decades, I’ve had the privilege of training with some of the most respected masters, including Master William Ting, whose teachings continue to inspire my practice today.
